I was greeted very warmly upon arrival. The family room suited our needs perfectly. I found the provided big towels very NICE. The girls enjoyed using the table and chairs for card games before bedtime.
I noticed slight wear on some carpets, barely worth mentioning.

the staff was always willing to help guests with luggage storage after checkout it made my last day much easier i especially appreciated the friendly service during breakfast. the cleanliness of the rooms was consistently maintained i noted the bins were emptied and the rooms were tidy on return visits. the doors required key access with a sense of security i liked knowing the children could play in the games room and near the pool table safely
the shower pressure was a bit weak for my liking

the hotel is very close to the pleasure beach making it very convenient for accessing the attractions. the promenade is also nearby providing easy access for walks along the seafront it's a prime location for those wanting to be near the action.
